Hi, I’m Shelly Anding, founder of Tutoring Services by Shelly. I started this journey in 2003 with just three students. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with over 1,200 learners—and today, I support more than 100 active students.

Before launching my business, I spent 15 years as a classroom teacher. I loved teaching, but I wanted to give students the kind of personalized attention that isn’t always possible in a traditional classroom. That passion for individualized learning inspired me to create a tutoring service built around each student’s unique needs and learning style.

What began as a small endeavor has grown into a thriving educational support system. Today, I lead a team of five dedicated tutors who share my commitment to helping students succeed.

With a Master’s degree in Education and over 35 years of hands-on experience, I personally design each lesson plan to ensure that our instruction is engaging, effective, and tailored to each learner.
